We're one of the ten states that allow OC/CC with permit. No issues.

I hope they will honor OOS permits for Open Carrying. I work in a OK walmart and would love to walk in there with my .44!

Its nice to make the sheeples poop (for lack of a better word). I wish MO would get something like that or like TN. I hate the hodge podge OC discrimination here.

I would think it would honor OOS permits as well since OK already does honor most, if not all, for CC.

Definatly the WRONG attitude to have regarding OC. BTW, you still would NOT be allowed to carry when at work as Walmart forbids employee carry.

Wrong attitude IMO. Those sheeple you're "trying to make poop" vote you know. This shouldn't be about scaring or intimidating ANYONE. Many of us feel that it is our right to carry (OC or CC), but not our right to INTENTIONALLY scare people. Will some people be scared? Yes, you can't help how other people feel. But I don't think we should WANT to scare anyone. We want them to learn that we're normal people, not fanatics, who just want to be able to protect ourselves and our families.

In New Mexico we have had open carry since 1912. Tourism is great and gets better every year. Open carry has never been a problem in any way. If you open carry, people just assume you're a cop.

Does anybody have a link for the text of this bill?

Generally, laws tell you what you cant do...so i'm wondering if this removed wording from existing law?

Let's see if the Governor signs it before we do the whoopee dance. I doubt I'ld ever OC much, but like many, it will be nice not to worry about inadvertent dispalying of a concealed weapon if the wind blows the shirt tail up.

I don't have a link at the moment, but I have read it and it adds text from "concealed handgun" to concealed or unconcealed handgun" or something of the sort. It just adds "or unconcealed" to everything.
