    Excellent Customer Service

Hey all, new to the forum. *awkward wave*

I've been carrying off and on for the last two years. Lately, I've been carrying pretty constantly and I've got to say, I have never received such amazing customer service... every where I go.

Don't get me wrong... it's absolutely not the most important thing... and absolutely no reason to carry... I'm just saying... it's pretty neat.

Well there is another side to that coin. I have gotten great service before. I have also had the teeny boppers at McD's get my order WAY wrong while staring at the pistol. People's reactions are interesting.

I've had 'em get orders wrong without a pistol to look at.

There used to be a Russian owned computer store on Brook Park Rd. near where Brook Park and Pearl cross in Brooklyn(?), OH.

People used to always complain about how rude and uncooperative their customer service people were. They used to treat me so politely, they could have been Japanese elevator greeters. Why? Don't know for sure, but I NEVER went in there without some kind of gun book or magazine, and usually wearing my NRA ballcap...

I've yet to have an employee or store owner stammer.... but I once had a customer smile at me, begin to speak, look at my EMPTY holster (I had been asked to leave my firearm in the car) and she all but passed out.
