Not one of Stallone's best performances.

That picture is scary. Why is she wearing keepers? She has a duty belt over a sweatshirt? Some jobs will hire ANYBODY.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!

It appears it would be pretty easy to snatch the gun from this women. She is a sitting duck to a BG.

What is she trying to prove by such a blatant display of a weapon? Is it perhaps a political statement? She is doing more harm than good.

I've seen this same picture several times. Apparently she just started shopping, she has nothing else in her basket other than her purse.

I think there are three possibilities here (add more if you like).

    1. Completely staged photo.
    2. She just prefers to OC wearing a duty belt (her rig looks new)?
    3. She is off-duty and because of some prior event, her superiors advised her to be armed in public.

I hope those belt-keepers are hooked on her drawers.
Helpful hints on pushing back and strengthening the 2A:

Her left pant leg is what's driving me crazy (somewhat "Monk"ish). If she'd pull that down even with the other, I'd be OK with the pic.
Gun Free Zones are totally effective, and 100% safe ... (wait for it) ... (wait for it) ... until a bad guy with a gun shows up! Then suddenly, you have an uncontested Kill Zone of defensless sheep, patiently awaiting their turn for the slaughter.
