    Apparently, I'm young and hip

I was walking around downtown Phoenix with my girlfriend last Sunday night... you know... just do'n young 'n hip stuff.. when this gentleman pulled over and approached us. Speaking of girlfriends.... I'm being summoned.

To make a long story short: I'm gonna be on the radio next Sunday to talk about being a young, hip and toting a gun. 960 AM KKNT

    Give you all details later!

Let us know when you are on -I listen to them quite a bit.

I dont think you can use the term "young" and "hip" in the same sentence. To know what "hip" means, you have to be kinda old. I do think it is groovy that you were selected. Notice I didnt use groovy and hip in the same sentence either...lol

ip is a slang term meaning fashionably current and in the know. Hip is the opposite of square or prude.

Let me get this straight, some guy just walked up to you on the street, said "Hey, feaux hawks and glocks are in style, wanna be famous?" How obvious was it that you were carrying?
    Sounds fishy to me.

Young and "hip" raises flags with me. Carry has a lot more involved behind the scenes than most realize. It's no prize nor should it be used to make a reputation. If these are the things you're after, then you're going down the wrong road. Carrying a weapon is never impressive. You need to realize there's a more serious matter at hand. Otherwise you're turning all of this into some sort of game. No game.....get real.

I think the OP was simply excited that he was singled out to represent the younger gun crowd. If he handles the show carefully it can be a GREAT benefit to RKBA everywhere. Good for you, TennesseeTen!
