    So actually, you weren't in a USPS Post Office. I don't think all the rules apply to APOs.

    In any case, stay safe, thanks for doing what you're doing!

    I've never OCd in a USPS facility.
    Don't want to try to explain the law to the LEOs that would certainly be called, or pay for a lawer to explain it.
    There is an exception for "official business", which in my mind covers the public that's going in to buy stamps & mail stuff.
    LEOs might read the law a bit differently, though.

    Actually he was in a U.S. Military Postal Service (MPS) office, not a APO or USPS Post Office
