    Wink OC in rural AZ

Was out and about yesterday, and with the planned activities, a loose fitting covering shirt was not called for. I decided to do what I normally don't do, and open carry my Glock. Went all over the place and into several businesses, and I'm not really sure that anyone even noticed the 26 on my hip. I sure do love living in rural Arizona.

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.

If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.

Considering you live in AZ, in a rural area no less, this is almost a non-thread. I envy you, though. I'd trade urban PA for rural AZ anytime.

When I open carry I am AMAZED that no one notices. I watch and look for any sign of CC and my mouth must drop open when I see an open carry. I have seen a total of 2 in Boise. You can Oc vs. CC all you want but normal people who OC help educate generations of people who don't know or have forgotten how this country gained and maintains its freedoms.
In a gun fight, you can not miss fast enough, to catch up.

We have OC dinners once a month, here in the valley. Been doing it for about two years now. This saturday, the dinner is in Chandle, AZ.Help to get people used to seeing open carry. We have anywhere from 40 to 65 people attend the dinners, even some with kids.We have a good cross section of people show up. Good time is had by all.

Arizona has always been an open carry state, most people here do not pay attention. I know I carry all the time and I get no looks at all. A year or so ago when our fearless leader from peoples repulik of DC was here, a person showed up carrying an assualt rifle and the news media went crazy over several scenarios. People from around the US stated they would not ever come to Arizona. What I say, keep your goat smelling ass out of state as we do not want you anyway. Although, it seems like there were more snow-birds here now than ever before.
