So I guess there are no more armed robberies in California now? Sweet.
California keeps electing politicians who they think will legalize drugs.
Why else elect Brown? Because of the great job he did as the mayor of Oakland?
I say, if you have assets, get out. You will be drained dry.
Man, I'm out of the loop. I thought Arnold was still the Govanator.

It appears that this state has now been completely surrendered to the "anti's".
Nothing left for gun owners but escape...
But to each his own.
There are a few states, and you know which ones without me listing them again, that have ALLOWED their rights to be taken from them by their elected officials.
I have no sympathy for them. The trend has been going that way in California for more than twenty years.
The citizenry has had plenty of time to correct the problem, but yet it still goes south. They made their bed...

How's that "Educating the Public" thing going for ya'll?
Push...see what happens.
June gloom, smog, blazing summers, stone lawns, evacutions when the Santa Ana-fueled firestorms got rolling...not for me.
The beaches are pretty, but the water is freezing. The mountains were a long vacation's drive away.
Hollywood...one visit to 'the Strip' in a lifetime is more than enough.
From my perspective, CA is way over-rated.
(BTW, this is in no way an endorsement for Jersey either.)

The Peruta decision was predicated on the idea that second amendment right was satisfied by the UOC alternative. That alternative has now been removed and may affect the current appeal.

Yep, banning the open carry of unloaded firearms was not the way to go. BTW: Prior to 1967 it was legal to carry a loaded gun in CA. When CA politicians get scared they pass gun control: In 1967 CA politicians, including the CA governor, were scared of the Black Panthers. The legislature passed the Mulford act banning the carry of loaded guns. CA governor Ronald Reagan signed the Mulford act into law.

It is news like this which is why I am so glad that I left California eight years ago and moved to Texas. I am just enjoying my collection of AR's , AK's, and my concealed carry license here in this great Lone Star State.
Big government getting one step closer to being a nanny state in full proportions.
Frankly I wouldn't waste a warm beer on Brown if he was on fire, and I don't drink beer.
I know not what this "overkill" means.
