Anyone remember the movie "Freebie and the Bean"?
They went into a mens room to apprehend a Felon, but before they went in they took the precaution of putting ear plugs in.
Can you imagine the noise created by firing a gun in such a closed, tiled, space?

Not the kind of question I want to field in a public bathroom. And yes, my pistol is real too.

Although OC is quite legal around here (with a carry permit), I guess I don't have the horsepower to do it. I just cannot deal with the headache of all the greeners staring, whispering, pointing (WOW!! a REAL LIVE BAD GUY!!! He is here to SLAY US ALL!!!!) Not to mention all the new folks I would meet from the MWAG calls. For those that do it, hats off to you for your patience.

I get stares and a few "omg!" looks from time to time. Only ever had what I would call a "problem" when OC'ing and was asked to leave a retail chain store. No biggie. I have no problem leaving politely, when asked politely...regardless of their ignorance of guns and state carry laws. I also have no problem spending money elsewhere.
I do notice that the closer I stay to home, in my little podunk town, the fewer issues I have.
