The next regular meeting of Louisiana Open Carry Awareness League (LOCAL) will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 6:30pm at the LaPlace IHOP resturant, 220 Belle Terre Boulevard, LaPlace, LA 70068.
This is not only our first meeting of the new year but also when we elect/reelect officers. We hope to have a good turnout and will collect dues from any members needing to renew before the vote.

Will do. for the past 3 years our monthly meetings have been at the Shoneys resturant down the road in LaPlace. Shoney shut down this month so the January meeting will be our first at the IHOP location. We have been averaging about 8 people per meeting for the past year. I'm hoping with the elections and the new location we will have a bit larger turnout. We'll see in about a week.Originally Posted by TN_Mike
