No, you can't carry there.
Don't even take it with you, if you have the gun on island you need to register it with the PD in under three days (and who wants to spend vacation time doing that?).

Yeh they have good weather and pineapple but man.... this place reallly sucks as far as defending yourself. No wonder McGarret and 50 wander around with their guns hanging out - they're showing off. When even LEO's can't carry there you know something is really wrong. Give me Wyoming any time.

It's also terribly unsafe to carry an IWB while doing the Hula
You can carry there, IF you want to end up in jail with a felony conviction on your record. Otherwise leave the gun home.
