Yep, the good old OK legislature shafted us again. A few years ago the hypocritical legislature passed unrestricted open, no concealed carry permit required, carry knowing Brad Henry would veto it. The leadership of the OK legislature promised to pass the same bill again with a new governor, Mary Fallin. They lied to us.
This action by the OK legislature was milk sop to appease OKlahomans who want a referendum on open carry.

Many close to the Governor are saying that she has committed to signing this bill.

It's pretty sad when a shooting instructor basically calls OCer's unintelligent. It's one thing to have that opinion, it's another thing entirely to be "pro-2A" and badmouth an entire segment of the gun community on the news.

She has only 5 days to sign since it is now on her desk. I think she will sign it this week.
