If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?

Now all the criminals will be taking away your weapons and using them on you. There goes your element of surprise. That's all I got.
Equality does not exist in the real world - it is a fiction to help the self esteem of those groups who consistently fail to succeed.

Only if you actually do open carry, the law won't require open carry, just allow it. Also only if your holster has no retention. And if you don't know retention techniques. And if your SA fails. And if the criminal actually notices your gun wherever you are. And if he has the balls to actually try to attack someone with a gun. And if.....
There are a lot of ifs that have to be fulfilled for your blanket statement to come true.

That only applies to gov. buildings. There is no such requirement for businesses.

Or the bad guy will think better of attacking an armed citizen, preventing an incident, and negating the need to shoot at all.

You all do know I was being sarcastic right? I always love seeing Governors giving us our rights back. Makes me feel all special inside.

I realize that you are being sarcastic but if it were true lives would still be saved. By the time the badguys are done shooting all the open carriers everyone else would have time to escape. In effect the open carrier has saved their lives.
