Drawback to OTWB carry.
I was walking through a parking lot yesterday. My Glock 19 in a Galco Paddle holster wacked someone side mirror so hard I thought it was damaged. After careful inspection, I found no damage. That would have been and interesting conversation as I told the owner what happened.
Yeah, so I was walking in between cars when my gun knocked off your mirror!

If you don't do it often, it's definitely something to adjust to... however if you do it often enough it's like an extension of your body and you naturally 'make room' for it.
But yeah, I think I'd leave the gun part out and just say I was clumsy and walked into your mirror. :)
Disclaimer:
My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.

It's gonna happen time from time. Sometimes ya turn a little sideways to get through because they park on top of each other.

Carry at 5:00 or 5:30 and unless you are walking sideways, you won't have that problem.

As long as it's a click instead of a bang.

I did that the other day... a car parked at 7-11, and my magazine holder tagged a mirror. I carry concealed, but I was carrying OWB with a cover shirt. I knocked the mirror back and had to snap it back in place. The driver and passenger were sitting in car looking at me.
awkward......

Doesn't matter if your OC or CC, unless your gun is pulled tight to your body you stand a chance of it hitting things.
