    You could have fun with this.

    It is against Federal Law to restrict a citizen who is not engaging in illegal activity from voting. Technically they could arrest you after you vote, but they are not allowed to stand in your way to enter to poll.
    Can't imagine such niceties being observed, if one were observed committing the "offense" of being within the exclusion zone. Witness "No Guns" signage. Seems to me that it's essentially the same thing. Sure, arrest could be absolutely carried out for such an "offense," forcing one to miss the vote and plead the case later in court.

    Here in NC most of the early voting and polls are either at government building, city building or schoos........best not be toting .............
