Some of us try...unfortunately guns arent the only things on the ballot. I did not OC nor would I , but this idiot adds to the lameness that is this state. There is plenty that is good, but so much is slipping fast. It is going to have to hit rock bottom before it gets better, and even then most of the idiots in this state wont figure it out.

Freedom of Speech Permits. You must apply to the CLEO of the county you live in, and after a training course that will cost a minimum of $1000. and a 6 month waiting period, IF your political persuasion echo's theirs, they will consider granting you a restricted permit.

Traditionally a machine gun is carried in a violin case to avoid the open carry laws. Perhaps a bass violin case would be reqired for a .50 cal sniper rifle as long as it is not open carried. I can see it now, a bunch of fellows show up at McDonalds carrying various musical instrument cases. Sorry bout that Californians ... you can come to Nevada with your long guns as long as you bring lots of money.
Where is a city? That will have to be marked clearly. Here in Reno the city took over several outlying valleys for tax reasons. Are unmarked deserted areas of a city considered part of the ban? We hunt inside the technical city limits.
