Its been tried before, but it died and never made it out of the committee.
I heard that the bill was resubmitted. With Beebe as Governor, I doubt it will ever see the light of day.

I was told by state police that they are not in support of it. That means I doubt it will happen. I have not seen any bills filed for it. There are others that have been filed though.
