Does the state of Nevada still authorize open carry WITHOUT a permit? I've been searching around and everything seems to say yes. However, I have been unable to find a DOJ site or Firearms Department site to directly contact and ask. We have a trip planned later this month and was wondering what the laws were on carrying inside a vehicle and stumbled upon the open carry. Any information, links and support towards black and white law would be greatly appreciated.
Gotcha.Bump it back up.One of the guys on here, from Nev.will see it hopefully.Good luck.
Call the Nevada Attorney General.

Yes OC in Nevada is legal. Now of course I have to say I'm not a lawyer and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express either but I do follow a board for nevadashooters that has a section about it. if you are going to the Vegas area look up the regs they have a whole different set of rules down there.
