I don't want to start a controversy, however I think that all incident involving UNIFORMED LEO/Security should be discounted. Afterall the uniform basically turns the wearer into a 5'6"-6" very noticable figure. The oc handgun is what?, basically an 8" instrument on some one who is wearing the same type of clothing as anyone else might be.
Just my opinion. So this brings us back to how often can this happen to a civilian that would be enough to discount OC as a viable carry method?
