It's a step in the right direction, that's for sure.
How could they say that open carry of a firearm is legal, but doing so constituted disorderly conduct which would be illegal?

At least Wisconsin's Attorney General has some sense, now they just need to move towards allowing people the right to carry concealed. It has been a long hard battle to expand shall issue legislation across the country. Many states remain "may issue" but some possibility of getting a CCW permit is better than none at all.

The last time I checked, it was illegal to carry a concealed weapon in 48 states.

It's not so bad. The State just doesn not want you to have the option to hide your sidearm. So I say, wear your sidearm proudly, just like Doyle says!
