I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.
I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

I was one of the supporters at the court house. Jack and his lawyer are looking at the case to see if they could win a civil lawsuit. The guy who turned him in is a real piece of work. He has a three page rap sheet which includes weapons charges, making false reports, and public lewdness.not guilty, good. was the guy that turned him in ccing at this rally?Jack Noble was a complete gentleman and in no way did he resist arrest according to the arresting officers. It was a complete overreaction by the police. The incident received national attention, the DA and judge are politicians and elected officials. They couldn't drop the charges without looking like idiots and angering the sheeple that voted for them. So they let the jury have it and take the heat. Too bad the tax payers ended up paying the bill for this foolishness. Here in N.C. it is illegal to carry at a demonstration, rally or parade. I wonder if the guy resisted the police or if it was an overreaction by the LEOs because of the proximity of a "politician". Just so there is no gray area, I have no use for Hussein Obama. I can`t begin to express the profound embarrassment that I felt when he carried this state in the election.

Great news that he was found not guilty! Justice prevailed.
Glad he got "Not Guilty" but it disturbs me that the jury took so long to decide. That means it could have gone either way.
I don't mind being judged by 12 as long as they aren't 12 Obama supporters.
