Well obviously it is a message in a can.
Samson seems to have added his own line in there. Perhaps he is pro-gun.

Unless they have udercover armed security. I can only assume the protocol is to call the police and assume the fetal position.

I agree with retsup. As for the message in a can, at least they took the time to make an e-mail and send it out and the appropriate people are referring to the policy. Look at WM they cant seem to get it together and they have been doing this how long?

Protocol is to provide free coffee to LEO, ensuring free armed security at all times. LOL

This is exactly how a major corporation runs. I guarantee once their email and phones started taking calls somebody went to their legal dept. and said we need a clear statement that we can send out to all these people that states out company vision and doesnt allow for personal interpretation...
KUDOS to Starbucks for doing what on the surface appears to be the right thing.

As long as supporters show strong support for Starbucks, maybe it will show just how strong the 2nd Amendment body is. Hopefully more businesses will follow.

If they were really serious about security then they would also serve glazed doughnuts.

Turning your store into a sub-station is always a plus for security.

Good for Starbucks. Now I don't feel so bad for dropping $4.00 for a cup of coffee with a fancy name.

Honestly, I would have expected the opposite response from Starbucks. I have always thought of the company as a very liberal and left leaning company. I am surprised and pleased to see this response.
I like their coffee. I don't buy it too often as I find it is over priced but, I will make a point to patronize the next Starbucks I see when I have a coffee urge.

My response was about the same, but from Alyssa R. Looks like they have a few different people responding to this from customer service, not just one guy to handle all the 2A comments. With all similar responses, definitly a canned corporate response, but in my opinion, a pretty decent one.
