I haven't looked in a little while but IIRC Open Carry is legal in Wichita as long as you have a CC permit. IANAL, but the way I read the ordinance is that it is still illegal without a permit.

Well, with a high temp of 16°, the motel room was the best for open carry in this state! LOL! Drawn and re-holstered twice. Good practice IMO. Really? No chance for open carry but Chili's and Village Inn. No issues. My apologies there isn't much more to tell.
