Oldest interview technique ever used .......

If you say that you felt in fear or intimidated, we could charge him.... did he do anything that made you feel threatened ? ".

Why... yes.... he did. He tapped his holster. "Bingo. "

It's called.... leading the witness to subtely let them know what "the right thing" is to say to get the desired results.

Wow... gee...... no your honor, I didn't make any suggestions to them, I only informed them of what the law was. UH - HUH, and Santa's not coming to their house at Christmas.

I think it is crap like this that makes me glad to be concealed carrying and not open carrying.

In a he said, she said, kind of situation, who knows what was really said or done. But I do know that if I was a McDonalds manager I would have handled this in private and with less hostility.

Hopefully everyone will boycott this place.

Whatever else may be true, the one thing a person can't really control is the response of the other person, no matter how saintly, well-intentioned and otherwise upstanding one's actions are. Ain't it the truth. On this basis, alone, you'd think the damned laws would simply support liberty, unless strong corroboration of actual harm were found. Being bummed about a thing should not be sufficient to plug up someone else's liberty for a day. Makes no sense. Not in the USA, supposed land of the free.
