Weapon Mounted Light/Laser

Hi all.

As some of you know, I'm not much of a fan of weapon mounted lights on handguns. Lasers, that's a whole 'nother story, as I use and recommend the CT Laser Grips.

Anyway, I'm considering putting a weapon mounted light/laser combo on my wife's handgun. This will be the bedroom/saferoom light for her, so i don't see a problem with having the light mounted on the gun in this case. She also has a handheld light for searching for what made that "bump in the night".

Bear in mind, this is for use from an ensconsed position, the same as I use my shotgun, which also has a weapon mounted light. I'd like to hear the pro's and cons of various models and your expiriences with the lights/lasers and the warranty/customer service departments if used.

The $35.00 Tactical NC Stars have been good for me, and they're cheap to boot.

They're no 120 lumen, but you said for an enclosed area.
You can get 120 lumen though for around $100.00

I got a Insight for my M&P. They start at about $100 bucks. Good light, with on/off switch its kind of basic, but gets the job done.

Heres one for an AR. MVF-515 GREEN Laser + Light Combo :: Crimson Trace seems a little pricey to me.
