Awesome Surefire Shot Timer for Free!

New app for iPhones (and maybe other smartphones).
I read about it in Shooting Illustrated magazine, checked into it, when I saw it was free, I jumped all over it. Will post a review after my next trip to the range. Various options for start/stop buzzers, and adjustable sensitivity. Search- Surefire or shottimer and it will pop-up. Enjoy!

    Regards,
    Josh

Shotclock is on the Android Market. It is functional but not as polished as the Surefire app. Developer said would add random starts in the next version.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to try it out the next time I'm at the range.

There's also one free from Taurus that has more features, including par time.

I have been using the Surfire app for a while now. It works pretty well and very easy to use.
I would like to see them add the capability to save your times to compare them easier.

Tried it on a buddies I-Phone today and we were really impressed! Anyone know of something similar for BlackBerry? I am now officially jealous of the I-Phone for the first time.....

I've been using the Surefire app on my iPhone for a while now and like it so much I'm going to put up a flyer for my Pro timer to sell it - I just don't need it anymore, all I use is the iPhone.

WRT saving the times - I haven't used it, but the app offers you the option of emailing the data. You could email it to yourself at the end of a session.
