Lighthound, BatteryJunction are a couple of sites. Google flashlights or flashlight brands for sellers and they often sell batteries too.

I picked up a pack of 6 surefire brand batteries at a gun show for $15.00, Wal-mart had energizers 2 for like $10.00. I think you can get the surefire battery 6 packs through cheaper than dirt, midway usa, or anyone that sells that stuff.

CPF (Candle Power Forums) has a nice review about the quality of CR123 batteries: 123 Battery Shoot Out - CandlePowerForums
I shopped around and bought a case of 100 Ray-O-Vac CR123's for $125 (today the same 100-lot is $115!): SPECIAL: 100 Box - Rayovac CR123A 3 Volt Photo Lithium Battery RL123A

Botach Tactical has always been a great source for me, they come in at about a buck a piece. Find some friends and split a large order.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT buy cheap batteries! Stay away from DX or any cheap, no-name battery that comes from them or eBay. Even "name" brands are to be suspect (counterfeits).
You can get (US made) 123's for around a buck at Battery Station, Battery Junction or Optics HQ.
I've gotten my last 2 batches of SureFire batteries from the latter vendor - ZERO trouble. Before that I used to buy from Battery Station - again, ZERO trouble. I've never bought 123's from Battery Junction, but from buying other stuff and hearing feedback on CPF, they're also 100%.

I bought the streamlights with my Olight M20 and I'm still on my first pair. Im no expert, but that's pretty good in my book. Plus free shipping if you spend over $25
I'll buy them by the case, sell a bunch on Ebay or to people I know. It usually pays for the battery's I keep.
