Thanks for the lead, however that is not a good price at all.

Take a look below at the following post for a price of $80 shipped to your front door.

Now, that is what I call a great buy!

Unfortunately, their price is much higher.

EBAY..... that's where I got mine for my XD and had the best price.

It would be hard to beat $80 shipped. That's a good deal.

Exactly, the best price on E-Bay I found was $85 shipped but the link I provided actually comes out right at $80 shipped.

You might be able to get Dealer Prices on Brownell's. I registered while still in the USMC, and I got fairly well hooked up. Sometimes I can get up to 50% off!

    Just a thought.

I already bought them from Opticsplanet.com for a great price. Thank you for stopping by and sharing the potential lead but Brownell's was high in their price. They have already been installed and I am hoping to test them out soon.

    Enjoy your week everyone~

I've been thinking about getting some night sights and will likely do so thru Opticsplanet.com thanks to your post.

I'm curious, tho... Did you install the sights yourself? If so, did you use some sort of primer that explained it step-by-step or do you already have armorer/gunsmithing experience? I don't know of anywhere around here that does that sort of thing and would rather not have to ship off my firearm if I can avoid it.

I'd prefer to do it my self, tho, as I'd like to get experience with this sort of thing. If it's easy enough, I think I could do so w/o the need for specialized tools, right?

Appreciate any information you can pass on for the subject.

    .
I had a local gunsmith install them for me as I do not have the sight pusher or anything else for that matter to do it myself. I'd love to be able to do it, but the Springfield sights are put on very tight, so I didn't want to take any chances.

BUT, I am loving the sights for sure.

    Enjoy-
