Most Glock cases don't lock well. If you have a pistol cable type lock, you can wrap it around the handle a couple of times and secure it that way. If you are flying, though, just get a COM type case.
Google: "COM gun safe"

You would be better off with an aftermarket case, like the COM mentioned above. Locking the OEM Glock case wouldn't make me feel the gun is "secure". Most gun shops carry a $30-$40 single pistol metal locking case that is much more appropriate and already TSA approved, in case you decide to fly with your weapon.
i may have misread but i thought he meant the gun lock wasnt in the case...the cable locks are available at any gun store and some walmarts...
otherwise...the secure it safe is a great bargain and well made for the money...
I'll third or fourth (lost count) the COM safes. I'm waiting for two to arrive which my wife got me for Father's Day, should be here on the 24th.

I guess I am old. I remember handguns coming in BOXES. I still have a couple of silver-on-blue S&W boxes.
The first "cased" pistol I acquired was a Ruger P95DC back about six or seven years ago.

The COM in-car safe looks pretty nice. I'd prefer a combination lock other than a key, however...I notice that their combination lock has only 3 wheels! That's only 100 combinations for the first 2 numbers, and you can spin through the 3rd wheel very quickly. I'd be afraid that this could be brute forced in a few minutes...does this actually meet TSA guidelines or just the keyed version? And anyone know a good similar case that has 4 or 5 combination cylinders?

I have a COM safe in the truck...and one at home...
Love them, and knowing it meets TSA standards is great as I plan to fly soon to state that has reciprocity with VA to visit a friend...![]()
