Pachmayr - Tactical Grip Glove for Glock ???

I was wondering if anyone here uses or has used a Pachmayr Tactical grip glove for a Glock pistol or any pistol . What do you think of it and how does it hold up to carrying , shooting or cleaning. if you haven't seen 1 they're IMO superior in design to the Hogue sleeve . Just curious before buying one.

It works great. I noticed a dramatic increase in my ability to keep my grip while firing rapidly.

It does make for a fatter grip (terrible idea to teh Glock Haters), but it is in fact worth it.

I like mine and for the price (less than $10?) why not?

They work just fine. However, I prefer the Hogue models for the palm swell. They fill the palm of my hands and seem to lock the grip in place.

    Good luck!

A piece of bike inner tube( often free from a bike shop) is a good way to add grip without the scrach of tape (skate board or 3m anti slip). However, in the end I just took the plunged and stippled my own guns.

The rubber slip ons seemed to rotate from me even after using a bit of spray contact cement.

I've had the Hogues on my Glocks in the past. They do feel nice in the hand. But like dojpros stated, they do tend to rotate. There is also a chance (however slight) that it may ride up and hit the mag catch. This is why they are not authorized for use in the NYPD. That goes for any slip on grip, not just the Hogues.

But it is your weapon, do with it as you please.

I have one on my Sigma 40VE and I love the feel of it. I own a number of handguns and it fits my hand just as good as my more expensive handguns with interchangeable backstraps.
