does anyone use the boyt secure vault

Let me start with this seemed like an awsome safe for the year ive had it, but this morning i went to open it and all i heard was a zing and no door opening, so i figured batteries went dead, so i opened the door with the key and changed them. Still nothing working, wondering if anyone here has had this problem
