Good enough for me. I figured maybe a bad batch, or a glitch they have worked out since. They were claiming the battery was dead overnight, so it doesn't sound like you have one of the bad ones. Thanks for the input!

I just checked it again and 3 days later it still works. ;)
Just an update, I was able to get my laser sighted in at the range yesterday and it works pretty good. I sighted in at 25' thinking that was a good compromise since because the laser is low and to the left of the barrel shorter distances the shots will be a little right and then at longer distances the shots will be left of the aiming point. I was able to hit a very tight group using it basically cloverleafing my shots.
Light still doing the job??
You never see a motorcycle parked ouside a psychiatrist's office!
I haven't had much of an opportunity to use it, but the light is still bright and works ok after sitting for a few weeks.

Its a great deal, i've owned 2 of these...
Bad news...Both have cracked, which is a common occurence with the polymer body.
Good news...Call Sig-Sauer customer service and they will ask you where you bought them, I said Cabela's but not true, bought one from Cabela's and the other from eBay. They told me they would send 2 replacements as soon as they recieved my old ones. True to their word they did, and it was a different look, same exact features, but much improved. Moved the lazer outside the led light, which caused a ghostly dot on the target and they changed from polymer bezel to an aluminum bezel. So it sounds like they fixed the cracking issue.
Long story short, if you get the old version on sale and it cracks, they will send you the new version with the aluminum bezel. Almost no questions asked.
