I've looked at these several times at local gunshows, but just can't seem to pull the trigger for what may seem to be a stupid reason...they're made in China. I like the features, etc., but I guess I'm being old-school about not buying American made. After reading all of these positive reviews, maybe I should reconsider.

Yup, pretty much what everyone else has said, they are great lights for the money. I EDC an LD10 and I will probably buy another large one for home/backpack carry.

Just because they are made in China, that does not necessarily mean they are crap. For example: Apple, Adidas, Nike and many other high quality products are all assembled in China. There are many other firms that design their products in the US or Europe and then they assemble their products in China but under strict quality control standards and in factories operated by foreign production managers. The only reason they are assembled in China is due to lower wages and a faster production time since the Chinese are work monsters.

Don't let the "Made in China" deter you from buying a Fenix Light. I guarantee you that it is top quality and the much lower price tag is a great deal in comparison to Surefire products.

I have a Fenix PD20. Great light for its size. Although I wish it had a moonlight mode. There are two branch points on mine: Torch/Strobe and low/med/high/beacon. Partial depression allows cycling through the different modes. That is a big advantage over my Quark Turbo where I can only program two modes - cannot access other modes unless it is in program mode.

The construction is solid and durable. Goes with me everywhere.

Love the LD20....just wish it had 1 modification. To be "tactical" & be used as a weapon light, I wish it had a momentary switch. Otherwise, outstanding lights!

I have a Fenix TK-45 on my duty belt. Amazing light, very durable and bright. 4 brightness levels, 760 lumens on high for 2 hours. Uses rechargeable AA's. It throws out a nice big flood beam. Brighter than the headlights on my car.

I have the PD20 and PD31 in my EDC rotation. The power, features, and price point is unmatched!

I love that I can use rechargeable 18650 batteries in my PD31. I have one in the light and one in the charger and just rotate them so I always have a fresh set of batteries.
The PD20 is the ultimate power house in a tiny package! I highly recommend them.

another good reason to buy one. This is the reason I got one is for conceal carry. If you are out in the dark and someone comes up to you. you can quickly blind them long enought to get your gun. that was the big seller when I went throw my class to get my license.
