    Cheap tactical bullet proof vest

    Just curious as to what my options are when looking for a cheap level IIIa tactical bullet proof vest. I'm not looking for a concealed bullet proof vest since I am looking for one that has molle. I'm also looking for a vest that can carry rifle plates. I found one that is ~$350 but doesn't have molle. Please post ones ≤ $500. That would be my first options, if I can't find any others that I'll either go with a more expensive one or buy the one without molle and just get a chest rig or something. Thanks guys.

    yea I figured i'd get a comment or two like that lol. but as long as they all meet the same ballistic standards, and it fits what im looking for, ill most likely go with the cheaper one. just me tho, haha.

    I've had good experiences with bulletproofme.com as well. I bought a ballistic insert for my laptop bag - not as good as wearable body armor, but a whole lot more comfortable and inconspicuous.

    only thing it says in Indiana is it is illegal to knowingly commit a crime while wearing body armor.
