I don't know, still looks like a "Shoot me first" vest. Maybe everyday people don't notice vests, but in general bad guys will. The only people that wear vests away from a trout stream are photographers and those trying to conceal a weapon. By the way, I spend a lot of time on trout streams wearing vests. My two cents.
