Great Comments. Everybody gets a "Like" this evening.

    Off Topic to Fritos.
I just got some free sample paks of Backpackers Pantry Our Chef - Your Adventure
Freeze dried - nitrogen purged - nice thick Mylar pouches - Just add boiling water - nice and light and compact.

I've never tried these before. I'll have to do a taste "test lunch" tomorrow.

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I suppose its the oil in them that burns? The things have so much oil in them, they leave your fingers greasy, etc. Atleast you can snack on them if you get hungry and you can't say that for kindling if you tried carrying that around.

    Sounds reasonable enough.
Never heard of it, but corn is used as a fuel in Corn stoves and such; also used as ethanol, so, I guess its a go!!!!!!

White bread burns pretty easy too. I doubt that it has the output of Fritos and I don't think it burns as long. It burns up pretty fast though.
