    Glock Magazine Load Indicator

I own and carry a Glock 26 Gen4. One thing I noticed with all 3 magazines it came with is when they ate fully loaded or partly loaded..... The indicator never seems to be accurate.

Has anyone else noticed this and is there something to be done about it?

This gonna sound stupid. You can tap them into place rather vigorously and the indicators come out right or you can simply count them as you put them in. If you can't fit the last round in your'e gonna tap the mag a bit to get everything lined up anyway.

I count, and even then, the indicators on my G19 mags are right.

Yeah I count too. I was just comparing to my M&P40 mag which is always accurate. While my Glock 26's is never accurate. The casing never seems to be covering the correct indicator for the amount ammo in the mag.

    I'd file this under

"Things Not to Lose Sleep Over"

Honestly, I've got 40-some-odd various capacity Glock 9mm magazines and I've never even looked to whether the counters are right or not.

Some of mine do that now. Try removing the floorplate and putting it back on. That helped me. Oddly enough, this only happens with my 15 round Glock 19 magazines and never with my 33 rounders

like the other poster said when you load tap the mag backwards and it will show the indicator and line the bullets up and feed better
