Your opinion on an Eotech 552 and related gear for $350, good deal???

I have an opportunity to buy a used EoTech 552, LaRue quick disconnect base, Aimpoint style (copy) 3X magnifier with a QD Base, flip up covers and neoprene scope cover, all for $350. All used but in very good condition. This is a friend of a friend, so I know all is legit.

Does this sound like a good enough deal to you?

sounds good to me the EoTech552 ,if its a factory one and not a "copy" would be worth that by its self. rest would be added bonus the way i look at it.

i have a simular set upa EoTech 517 w/ a 3x aim magnifier behind it and i love it
