I hated my G2........until now.

-High pressure G90 (9v) lamp assembly
-Two unprotected 3.6 volt Litium Ion batteries
-and a Section8 CCS

Uh, ok. I like my G2 just fine stock. I'm sure the upgrade makes it better, but even bone stock my G2 works great.

I loved mine and would galdly buy one again. My only grip was the batteries would run down when it was in my glove box. I took precautions to make sure the button wasn't being pressed and the batteries still died.

But I traded mine and I knife I got for free for an A2 Aviator, which I like a lot more.

I dig my C2. This is the first I'd heard of a G2.

Mine didn't work great. It didn't even work half the time and I had to call surefire numerous times. My problem with the G2 came from the P60 LA. I had numerous problems with that LA and will not buy another light with one unless I plan on trading the LA out for a better more well built one. Also, I felt like I needed more output. And I liked the idea of the G2Z grip.

BTW I deffinately like my A2 better than even the upgraded G2. But they are for different purposes.
