    XS Sight for LCR

I just received the above for my Ruger and was disappointed at the small size of the dot. Who has this sight and how does it work? Can the BIG DOT be had for the LCR and is it worth the change? Thanks.

    Cool

Can't speak for the LCR but I put an XS Big Dot on my SP-101 and love it.

The size of the dot is larger than most other styles of dot front sights.

I also have them on my Glock 23.

I have a big dot on my Smith 640 j frame - best sight out there for a snubby IMHO.

The Big Dot is not available for the LCR. The story I'm familiar with is that the big dot did not pass XS Sights accuracy standard for the LCR so the regular dot is the only one available. I am quite happy with the standard dot on my LCR .357. I had my gunsmith put it on.

It doesn't look too small now that it is on my LCR. Besides, I wasn't too happy about the possibility of returning it for a bigger version(realize now that the BIG one is not available for the LCR).I'm sure it will work out just fine. Thanks for all the info.
