    Depends on what exactly you're wanting it for. Something that will work for competitions with lots of shooters is one thing, a timer to get a decent idea of par times, can probably do a decent job on splits, etc., and you can get by cheap with free apps for Android or iOS (such as App Store - ShotTimer)

    Just wanted to time myself on drills. Or some friendly 2 or 3 man competitions. I'll try the apps first thanks.

    If you have an iPhone (or maybe even an Android) there are free apps.
    Preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse or Rapture....whichever comes first.

    Surefire has a Free Iphone App for that. Check it out. In my experience its been flawless for being 'free'.
