Henry AR Tactical .22 long rifle

Is there anyone on this website that owns or knows about Henry Rifle, AR Tactical .22 Long Rifle? I am looking for something like this particular rifle where I can grab and go and assemble when out in the bush.

I have read reviews on this particular rifle and most individuals like it.
