I use under armour gloves outside of work, and Damascus artix when working for uniform compliance

These are my winter gloves Seirus All Weather Gloves - Men's - Free Shipping at They are not for extreme cold weather, but I wear them even to ride my motorcycle in 35 degree weather. No problem shooting with them, at least not for me.

I myself love the Mechanix gloves. I bought a pair of these at work and they're great so far. Snow and rain doesn't bother them and they keep your hands warm.

Under Armor lightweight gloves. They stretch, but still disperse sweat from your hands. I use em when I ride the Motorcycle, in cooler weather. or warmer weather too.

    HWI CG100 Kevlar Combat Gloves

This winter I am wearing these. From VooDoo Tactical. They are pretty warm (as far as I can tell) but, it needs to be pretty doggone cold before I wear gloves and we have had a fairly moderate winter so far.
I like them though because they are not too bulky. I could actually do without the padded knuckles but, they are fairly easy to ignore.

The HWI Combat Glove offers premium flexibility, feel and protection. The high-density foam knuckle and hand protection design, interlock Kevlar® material and high grade aniline goatskin leather make this an adaptable glove suitable for any tactical situation.

    Features include:
9oz Kevlar® Fire resistance and cut resistance on back of hand.
    .8mm high grade aniline goatskin.
Dynamic knuckle and hand protection design - high density closed cell foam.
Contour cut design - wrapped finger.

I really like the Mountain Hardwear gloves. I wear the PowerStretch gloves. That's for TN cold weather, and it doesn't get that cold much down here. There's plenty of other models to choose from. My other pair, when it's colder and wet, are merino wool-lined lambskin gloves. Snug fit, good dexterity, great no-slip grip, and they're water resistant.

This is what I wear, they are thin enough to feel through, but are pretty warm. Deer skin also does not get stiff in the cold. And they can also be had lined. You can find these at Home Depot for around $20. DR
