Hey, are there nicer lights to be had? Yep. :yup: But not for the price. I've bought 5 of them for myself and several more for relatives. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised. :danceban:
Fourseven quark led lights would be a good choice. It has a 10 year warranty and based in the US. IMO, Its the best bang for the buck lights in the market.
I bought one about a year ago and has worked flawlessly.
FENIX PD32 seems to be popular in some forums.
Also just bought one of these at WalMart : Coleman - LED Ultra High Power Aluminum Flashlight
I don't know much about it yet but for $25 I took a chance.
I have had the Fenix TK10 for the last 4 years and its still running strong. I have dropped it in water (only about 10 ft deep) and there were no problems. It's been solid. Is it a Surefire? Nope, but at a fraction of the price, it's a high value light.

I am a big fan of the Fenix lights. Extremely well made. I have a PD32 that is 220 lumens. Runs off of CR123s, which is not so great, but I buy them in bulk on Amazon for relatively cheap. Cost about $60.
Grand Prairie Knives (GPknives.com) usually has a good selection at a good price. I've bought knives and lights from them for years now. Great folks, great service, same day shipping.
