You might talk any of the gunleather wizards on this site. Most holster makers will try to meet your needs for something like that. I have one for a Surefire from Andrews Leather and another in kydex coming from Rocky.

Where on your belt will you wear your light? I have mine in about a 7 o'clock position, its a Bianchi 7326 Compact Light Holder. Its simple and works great.
