I've seen that video before, and it illustrates very well what I've been preaching in some other threads. Good post.
I'm no cop, but just knowing myself, I'd say a quick ASP strike or blood choke would take him down PDQ. I've never been a fan of sprays, as you don't need to see to do damage, especially when your adrenaline is pumping.

I'm no LEO, but it seems to me that a majority of them out there are tasked to perform a hard job with both hands tied behind their back. Too afraid (can't think of a better word) to do what needs to be done, because it could mean sending their career and all they've worked for right down the flusher.
