    Rocky's Awesome OC Holder!

    Hello everyone!

So about a week or so ago I asked Rocky if he could make an OC holder that would fit in the back left pocket of my jeans and would keep my OC upright. All too often, when I would put the OC in my pocket, it would move all around and never stay in one place!

Well, the holder arrived in the mail today and I could not be happier with it! A few of it's strong features:

    1. There's a little ledge on the inside of the circle that allows the can to be raised about 1/2'' from the bottom and helps with keeping it stable.

    2. When worn, the uppermost part of the OC can sits about 1/2'' below the pocket opening, allowing for very quick presentation of the OC.

    3. The Kydex is sturdy, yet allows for some bending when I sit down.

    4. The circular "holder" part is a great fit: The OC can sits loose enough that it is easily removed...yet there is not excess space resulting in unnecessary movement of the OC can (and thus "clicking and clanking.")

    5. The adhesive tape on the back helps keep the entire holder stable and in place.

This is the first product I have purchsed from Rocky, and it is clear tha this is exceptionally talented craftsman. I would strongly suggest that you give Rocky a try if you're looking for Kydex gear. I have already ordered another OC holder from him!

Thanks again, Rocky! You, well..."ROCK!" Ha.

Here's a few pictures for your viewing pleasure.

    PhillyGlock23 ,
Thanks for the review and complimnets. Currently I have a few gun molds and am working on getting more mags/ lights to make different holders. Anyone wanting something made up custom is welcome to pm or email me.

That is pretty nifty. And simple too, I like that. The best designs are often the simple ones.

That is a nice OC holster. I quit carrying my 2 ounce canister because it would tip over in my front pocket. This looks like it would eliminate this problem.

    btaulbee,

I had the exact same problem of the OC tipping over in my pocket.

The holder certainly stops that from happening. And as an added bonus I've found that keeping the OC against the side of the pocket makes it a little more concealed, too.

Yeah I also had a friend ask what was in my pocket. If he could see it then I know bad guys or others can see it. One tool I also carry and like is the ASP Key Defender OC. It is refillable, metal and can be used as a kubaton. www.asp-net.com/oc.html

I bet that would work just as well for a spare mag holder.

    Just a thought.

I make spare mag holders for 1911, and am working on a few other mags as well. Also, most anything you can think up , I can make. (within reason)
