Glock / BHP Beavertail.

Say an add in one of many mags I get monthly for a company that makes an add on bevertail for Glocks and BHPs. The company is COM Kydex (www.comkydex.com). I was wondering if anyone had tried out these devices or will I have to be the first guinea pig.

Hello. I tried one for a report with a Hi Power. They don't look that great, but the thing did what it was supposed to on the Hi Power.

Thanks fellow Stephen in Texas. I dont really need one on my BHP but I am either going to throw one of them on my Glock of send it off to Robbie Robar to have him make on one my Glock.

I saw a Glock 21 that had one installed, and was not impressed. It just added one more ugly thing to an already ugly gun (sorry, had to get the dig in there).

Seriously, I didn't see the point in it. Supposedly it helps keep the web of your hand out of the slide, but Glocks are already built well enough that the only way you are going to get your hand there is to get a really bad grip on the gun, or be really fat fisted.

Might be for most people purple but that is my only complaint about Glocks is that it dosent fit the web of my hand when doing rapid firing. I have seen many a modified Glock at USPSA and IDPA matches that Robbie Robar did and if this little modification does it I just might go with it. We'll see. Prob gonna order one for my combat tupperware.
