New Woolrich "lightweight" pants - 4441
Just got a pair of the new Woolrich "lightweight" pants. Part number 4441 in khaki.
My first impression is, WOW.
These are mega comfortable. I am heading to Mexico in a couple days and these will going with me. I suspect that when I am not in shorts, I'll be trying to wear these things out.
I've no idea how they'll hold up compared to the 4429's that I like so much. Obviously they should not be as durable but time will tell.
They have all the same pockets and the belt loops that I always complain about (when they're missing) as the 4429's so the Wilderness belt / Alessi CQC/S combo sits exactly where I want.
Unless they disintegrate or something, these will be awesome Summer pants.
I'll report back in a month or so when I've got some miles on 'em.

I also got a pair in khaki and I like them very mcuh. Accomodate my J frame and pocket holster well. Just also bought a pair of new (to me) LW Summer Dockers. Lighter than the Woolrich and I'm anxious to see if any better.

I too just got my first set Woolrich "lightweight" tactical pants and I also love them. Mine are the new navy blue color but I'll be picking up a set of khakis in a few days. These things put the 5*11's to shame and I've abour worn out my six pair of those! Of course this is the only type of non-formal pant I wear anyway.

I've looked at those several times and they look tempting ... except for those elastic waistbands. If they made the same pants without the elastic I'd be willing to give them a try.

Awwwww I LOVE the elastic waistband! It gives me room to gain a TAD of weight and it lets me IWB just about any size pistol with utmost comfort.

I've hated them ever since I was a kid in elementary school. Every time I sit down the pants slide a little lower on my butt. I'd rather keep my pants where they are, especially with the added weight of a handgun on my side.
And I've ALREADY put on too much "winter insulation."

I recently bought long and short sleeved shirts, pants, shorts and a boonie hat - all Woolrich Elite from RogueElite.net
I can highly recommend both the clothing and Rogue Elite.

I just walked back into the house after being gone for several days to see a pair of these same pants sitting at my doorstep.
I'll be giving them a strong work out this weekend at my handgun course that I'm taking.

Howdy Chris!
Things are outstanding. School's out, mmy new building on my land is almost complete and Scott installed a tap for keg to the outside of his garage.
What could be better?

Don't think he joined here Jamie - tho haven't checked member's list. Maybe Paul could give him a nudge! However I don't think he spends as much time on line as Paul overall.

I spent five hours at motorcycle school on Saturday in these pants and my Belleville boots. It was hot (not too humid though) and sunny and we were in a parking lot (no shade) all day.
I sure was glad to have 'em. Very comfortable considering I was wearing long pants in the Summer sun.
In fact I went directly from the bike class to shoot a round of sporting clays in Lehigh. One of the best Saturdays ever!
