My SF G2 rides in my front-left pocket.....but I'm looking for a good magazine-light carrier combo...or a good pouch. Nothing has caught my eye yet but I haven't seen any too many either.

On my belt, weak side behind magazine (if I'm carrying the XD) - for me, that's about 4:00. I also have a squeeze light on my ID badge lanyard, and one on my keys/carabiner on a belt loop. Can never have too many lights... or knives, or guns.

Usually on my weak side in a cargo pocket. When I don't have cargos, I clip it on my belt behind my spare mag. and cell phone.
