    Exclamation Mec-Gar Magazines

I HAD a great website that sells discounted Mec-Gars and I'm pretty sure somebody here provided it, but I lost the site and now I can't find it again. Anybody have a link to a site that sells Mec-Gars for under $22? Thanks.

When I got my Sig P226 BLACKWATER it came with FIVE mags, all std 15 rd Sig. But Mec-Gar has a +2 mag that fits flush which I'd like to carry on the street and as my primary backup. If I'm switching from the 45 to the 9mm I want to take advantage of the benefits. Also this is now my trip gun as well. So when I leave home with the wife and pups for points unknown all 7 mags will be loaded and ready.

So you are talkin 5-15 rounders and 2-17's and one in the chamber for a total of 110 rounds.

Yep...I'd say that was "ready" alright.

Yup. But when I travel on long family vacations, especially out of state (but only to states where I have lawful reciprocity) all the mags are loaded and I keep a spare holster in my little BOB along with the loaded mags and....at least one or two additional 50rd boxes.....just in case.... The BOB also serves as an emergency trauma kit with the appropriate first aid supplies such as Israeli wound bandages and QUIK-KLOT. If for any reason we have to dismount the vehicle the BOB is over my shoulder since it's a Maxpedition Jumbo Versi-Pak. There are other supplies in the multitude of Versi-Pak pockets.
